KFC Legana — Restaurant in Launceston

So I just went through the drive through.. look guys, you are lovely lads etc but when we ask and pay for 3 large meals and we keep getting packages of chips that are half full when we open it at home every single time?? It’s really annoying!! I get it, you put the chips in and never give it a shake to look like it is full BUT the minute we open it after it has had a shake or two in the car, in the bag, is pretty obvious we were kinda robbed!! A large, means large, not medium. A medium means medium, not small… Get your act together please! Give us what we pay for, that’s all I’m asking. Have a good look at the pics, this is untouched from a LARGE MEAL…

Wanted to give an update..

Today Sunday May 4th, at 5.30pm, I just wanted to say that the assistant at KFC drive-through was so so thorough, well mannered, so well spoken and polite! Just offered amazing customer service. Haven't experienced such excellent service to that level, in a while. Whoever you are? Well done and congratulations for offering a wonderful service to our community in Legana! The food was also pretty good today so i just wanted to say thank you kindly to everyone in KFC Legana...

My recent experiences at KFC Legana have been consistently disappointing. On two out of three visits, I found the food to be inedible, which is unacceptable for a reputable fast-food chain.

Not only was the food quality below par, but the service and hygiene standards were also substandard. During one visit, when I attempted to return food through the drive-thru due to its poor quality, the staff member displayed a bad attitude and treated me as if I were lying about the condition of the food and demanded to inspect the box whilst rolling their eyes at me .

Additionally, the overall hygiene standards at the restaurant leave much to be desired. The cleanliness of the floor which I photographed from my car had food and what looks like oil smeared where staff are standing fall way short of expectations, which is concerning, especially during these times when hygiene is paramount.

In conclusion, my experiences at KFC Legana have been marred by consistently poor service, low hygiene standards, and inedible food. As a customer, I expect better from a well-known fast-food...

Lately the term "fast food" is definitely not what KFC Legana is all about. The last 4 times we have wanted to get a fast food meal after a long day at work, we get "I'm sorry, there's a 15 minutes wait on chicken. Is that ok?" NO, it is most definitely NOT ok. Chicken is all KFC does. It's in the name - Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. People who have been at work all day, waking at 5 am and on their way home 15 hours later at 8.15 pm do not want to cool their heels in the car park for another 15-20 minutes, waiting for the incredibly slack chicken fast food place to come up with their signature dish. The service at Legana used to be brilliant. Now, it's as lousy as I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Four times in a row I've been told to wait in the car park. Three times, I did.
