McDonald's Leeton — Restaurant in Leeton

It was busy, with to sporting events on, which 1 of those sport events we travelled for. We knew it was going to be busy which is fine. However we ordered our meal, waited 45 minutes, to have orders after our number be called, the orders were not being called in order, they were jumping all over the place. My husband asked where our order was, to be met with 2 VERY RUDE STAFF MEMBERS that told us our order had been called, they no longer had it on the system and we weren't getting a refund. We were sitting in the restaurant waiting. The state of the kitchen area was disgusting, and dirty. The counter where you collect ur meal from was filthy. The quality of the food was gross, over cooked Nuggets, McChicken paddy was over cooked and dry. THhe manager was doing her best with a crew that simply did not care. We often go to this mcdonalds when intown. The female toilets were horrid, 1 door on one of the cubicles has no lock on it and there was urine everywhere, all over the seat, informed the cleaner, that she will need more than a Mop, the whole thing needed to be cleaned, and her respones was that why I'm here to clean it, yet she only had a Mop, i can only hope she didn't use the Mop on the toilet seat after it had been on the floor. I just shared my experience and hopefully it is just a miscommunication, so Sunday morning I tried to get the breakfast meal. I literally ordered 5:16 via app, and when I arrived the door was still closed. I see some staff but they either ignore me or maybe still doing some stuff. After they opened, I waited for an hour, i already got the code but my order was not ready. I check the Mcd app and it still gives me code. But after I checked my bank app, i got a refund and my order was missing without the staff telling me. But after i reorder i got my meal, so that's why i said it might be miscommunication or just...

One of, if not the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Leeton is a smallish town and there is not much opened late if U want it need to eat. I have attended the restaurant a few times. Once we were there for an early night coffee, but the cleaner pestered us to move do that the floor could be cleaned. The rookie cleaner just pushed the rubbish around and spread dirty water onto the floor. I have been through the drive in a few times. Once receiving cold burgers, another a decontructed big Mac with the club 75% out of the burger and all the special sauce on the inside of the box, and very little lettuce.
