As a chef myself, I always have a very opinionated voice when it comes to restaurants. All I can say about this place is, oh, I think my tastebuds just died, were resuscitated, and retired all in the same sitting. The food showed me why I was classically French trained. It is so absolutely perfect, I was totally ok with being absolutely out classed, out cooked, and surrendered to the best chef in leeton by far.
