Absolutely one of the worst experiences l have had with this fast food establishment..Was told l had to use the screen because they were short staffed .l can understand that but l have never used a screen before as l have a visual impairment and didn't feel comfortable doing it ..l was then told if l don't l have a long wait to be served..Staff were losing their minds ,orders were getting messed up and the staff took it out on their customers. My friend had his meal and on opening it there only was half a hash brown, putting it on the counter l explained there was only half and was treated with resentment by staff..My order got lost and had to be redone ,but on returning to our car it wasn't what l had ordered..l was too afraid to take it back ...There is no excuse because of a public holiday and running out of pancakes on the breakfast menu ,never had that happen ...I must say this was an experience and not a good one ..Burgers "Might: ?Be better at Hungry Jack's but McDonald's customer service could teach your company...

Read moreI was looking forward to a nice stop after all of the driving, but the service here was definitely not the best, and the staff didn't seem to be trained very well at all. It was quite strange that they served my Storm as a sundae, but with m&ms... In a frozen coke container... Not stirred at all... And may have completely forgotten my spoon if I hadn't just stood there with a quizzical look on my face. No explanation about how my Storm turned out, I just got handed a spoon. Trying to get to the m&ms at the bottom of the container proved difficult, and I felt quite cheated with the scarcity of m&ms on top. I'm glad I just got an ice cream and not a meal, or I'd have far more to say about the state of my order. Thus ends my review. Whomsoever dines in or takes away from this establishment, beware.
