Domino's Pizza Windaroo — Restaurant in Logan City

Dont even bother.. Really really disappointed..I do not think they understand what Thin and Crispy means...My friends and family were keen to try the new Smokehouse Pork Belly Pizza which I thought was $12.00 but was really $13 no biggie..That was on me...Not reading the advert properly... However what came next was just really sad as I have had nothing but great customer service in dominos stores before.. I got my pizza home and everyone grabbed a piece as you do..4 people all complained about the fact the base was not cooked properly and that it looked very pale also..I called the store to report this and was told it is not true..The pizza was perfect and exactly as it should be...I got annoyed at the request to bring the pizza back as no one wanted anymore of it.....And had also felt I was being accused of being a liar or a scammer. When I took the pizza back Nilu yet again told me that it is exactly how it is meant to look and told me that she was only going to refund me half the pizza due to me having eaten half of it...So now definately feeling as though I was being called a liar.. Customer service and food quality has gone down hill again...It improves for a short while and declines again...Nilu was rude and would not take my complaint on board at all..The young man Mark that served me was very professional and He apologised profusely and should be manager in my opinion, his customer service skills are way above his managers and was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Terrible quality & bad customer service!

Ordered for a 9 pm pick-up, and reached the store at 8:57 the order was ready and handed over to me, who knows how long it was sitting in the warmer.

I asked the staff, how my order was ready before the pick-up time, and he said the order just come out, however, by the time I reached home everything was cold and soggy. (I did use an insulated bag to transport my order and I live only 2 minutes away from the store.

See the pictures of cheesy garlic bread, barely any cheese and when I asked the staff named Jarrett, he said I did put the correct amount but it didn't cover the entire bread.

Upon my last visit, they gave me a drink that had no fizz, which must have been dropped or a bad batch, I didn't complain but I mentioned it to the guy today upon my visit but he didn't care he said maybe someone dropped it, sorry.

Terrible terrible customer service & the quality of food is even worse.

Holmview Domino's is still better than these guys, it's a bit far but never had any...

Selected the 2 for one deal tonight with no minimum spend.... from 15.95.... so my when my order totalled less than the normal min delivery spend... I thought “ ok I’ll order 2 Sunday’s 😊”... clicked that item made sure it was for 2 and submitted order online.

4 calls from a confused delivery driver trying to get to my place which is literally 700m from the store, 25 minutes late got my two pizzas and no Sunday’s ... got brownies instead and the order receipt said that was what I ordered as well... so I guess nothing to argue with if it was in fact my mistake ....

However ... I explicitly remembering clicking on the button for 2 Sunday’s ?!?! 🤨

Maybe the store staff could help the new delivery drivers with local directions or something and it would be great if the deals advertised didn’t require a magnifying glass to read whatever stupid T&Cs make it possible for them to offer no minimum spend but then not actually honour that in terms that would reasonably be understood at the outset....
