I really need to be desperate to use this store. Let me take you back to about 4 months ago (now that I have learnt the importance of google reviews). All was great until we made it to the last window to collect our meals and the frozen drinks. The wonderful employee who’s ‘job’ it was to hand that lovely tray of icy perfection out that window really messed it up.. and I don’t mean the drinks 🥴. Whilst having a discussion about how horrible it was that she had to work back to cover her colleague’s shift, she decided to multitask and not look while passing the tray out the window. The drinks ended up all over us and all through our interior.. the interior of our show car that we spend countless hours on.. but anywayyyy. No apology but just a ‘how was I supposed to know it was going to do that’ to another colleague. We then had to ask for something to clean up with.... they gave us 2 moist towelettes, yeah you read that right. Then looked at us like we were robbing the place when we reached in to grab some of whatever looked absorbent. We went through drive thru and were told hot rods would be a 10 minute wait and to park up. We parked infront and waited 30 minutes - nothing. I walked into the shop and noticed another customer frustrated and waiting so I waited for her to speak to someone first. I let one of the crew know I was waiting on my order and she apologised saying she would check for it, she came back saying there was not enough chicken and she could mix up the second meal with hot n spicy which I said was fine. 10 minutes passed and I hadn’t seen the girl again. By now it’s over 40 minutes in total that we have been waiting for the food. I thought they were cooking the food but when my partner asked where it was they came back with nothing and no answers so we asked for a refund.
We received a cash refund and no apology from the “manager” which I found strange as I made sure to smile at her when I spoke to her. My partner was understandably upset as we were watching countless cars drive away with their food and people walking out...

I wanted to have 9 pieces Tuesday special but i noticed it’s available only in the KFC App. so I ordered through the App and get the order number. i was waiting for around 3-5minutes to get my order but no one called me. so i spoke to one staff. i asked “do i have to use drive thru or just wait here in the restaurant?” and that staff answered “you don’t have to use drive thru” so I waited for 3-5minutes again but no one called me. so I approached the counter but ‘Jess’ She didn’t listen to me and explain. She just said you have to queue in order line again without a magic word ‘please’. I just wanted to ask what to do after i got a order number in KFC App. Anyway it’s getting more people in the order line while i was waiting for the staff to get help. So I went back to my car to queue in drive thru and it took less than 3minutes to get my order. It was not a big deal but her rudeness made my day so ruin. if she tried to listen to what customer wanted, she could give me the answer in few seconds and no one...
