Magic Acai — Restaurant in Logan City

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit on Sunday. While I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining a clean and pleasant dining area, I believe it's equally important to ensure that the customer service provided by your staff members matches that same level of dedication. During my visit, I encountered a situation that left me quite uncomfortable. I was with my 3-year-old daughter, feeling a bit overstimulated, when I ordered a waffle. The young lady who served me asked for my choice of toppings. Admittedly, I didn't notice the sign right in front of me listing the options. Instead of kindly pointing it out, she gave me a rather indifferent look, which felt like she was silently saying, "It's right there, how could you miss it?" This might seem minor, but for someone like me who sometimes struggles with anxiety, this kind of reaction can be quite disheartening. A simple, friendly gesture like saying, "Ma'am, the sign is right here," would have made a world of difference. It's important to remember that not everyone processes information the same way, and a little patience and understanding can go a long way. I sincerely hope that this feedback can be taken into consideration to ensure that all customers, regardless of their situation, feel welcomed and respected.

Sorry this looks like diarrhoea — it’s not I just had to go at it and congratulate it by taken a photo afterwards bc of how much I liked it.

I got the small Acai bowl with biscoff sauce and chia seeds, bananas, strawberry and oats — $12 . Best combo for me! An amazing portion for the price. I tried to eat it in one sitting but had to save some for later (later being 10 minutes). I wanted to get more toppings but the lady at the counter was getting impatient lol

This place was recommended to me by my brothers who go all the time. I want to go back so badly but Alfred is taking his damn time coming to visit whilst I sit here in anticipation waiting to go back out to come here.

I love how strawberries and banana and oats are included in the bowls, you just add the sauce and toppings for free!!! I’m drooling as I’m typing this bc this place is so good and super affordable.

They have a nice but very small tight aesthetic space, I love the blue and white colours. Staff member called my number and I waited for someone to give me my order, all 3 workers there were doing something else and didn’t see me waiting as the bench was very packed so none of us could see each other, turns out there’s a small stand they put it on — couldn’t tell since it was a crowded bench! Lots of free...

I was shocked by the terrible customer service I received today at the store. I was number 5 in line, and we ordered just one acai bowl. However, the family with number 6, who ordered four acai bowls after us, received their order first. Then, the group with number 7, who also ordered four acai bowls, got theirs as well.

When I asked why we, being number 5, were still waiting, I was told that the owner had instructed them to prioritize their family members. I was horrified by this response. When I inquired about the number 7 order, the young lady simply smiled and said it wasn’t her who took the order, offering no explanation as to why we waited 20 minutes for a single bowl.

I’m deeply disappointed and appalled by the service we received, and the insincere “sorry but not sorry” response only made it worse. This experience was far from impressive, and I will gladly share my negative experience with others to warn them of the shocking customer service at this...
