Tried ringing in to order, no answer to numerous tries. Drove in, made an order, was a bit busy, like the usual Phone was ringing constantly while waiting for our order… that would of been what happened to my call.. girl didn’t bother to pick up Took over an hour 20 mins for our food to come out If they take the calls that people are trying to call in to make an order, they wouldn’t be inundated with customers coming in & waiting for so long The food is excellent, However their system of service needs to be streamlined to accommodate call in’s & long waiting times Can understand that maybe short staffed, but put more people on , knowing Saturday’s are usually busy throughout Lots of frustrated people waiting around.. past dinner time Such a pity,service is usually good here TIP: Answer & take phone orders People just pick up & go Allocate order to how it’s been ordered by...

What a great place! 😊 Walking into warm greetings from other customers "getting the Kiwi nod" or Kia ora was so lovely 🥰 The first-time visit definitely won't be the last, the service was friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. 😍 The kai.... so many choices 😋 all of the things we were missing from home, the hangi perfect, the paua and mussel fritters, the fish and chips, the blood and guts, the raw fish, creamy mussels...lifted the taste buds to another level. 🤤🤤🤤 To top all of this scrumptious kai off with Fresh Up apple juice, trifle and banoffe pie our appetite and our hunger for kiwi kai was sated 😋😋😋 #KiwiKai #TasteBudHeaven...

Went here for the first time to see what it is like, we thought we would give it a go to try out some more of the traditional kiwi food, we ended up sharing the hangi dish as for the 2 of us it was more than we needed. Can't say that we were overly impressed with the dish, but also had never tried it so can't compare to any other experience, in saying this there was a lot of New Zealand ppl coming in for the dish so must be on the better side of them.
