My experience with them has been rather unfortunate. They are either always busy or running late. Multiple times they have just not answered their phone. Their food is very average and service can be quite frustrating at time. Some people who work there talk down to you and act as if they are doing a favour by serving you. Also they promise discounts but do not oblige by them saying that they already applied the discount. I was a regular customer because they were close to my house and the convenience was good. I ordered on an average 2 times a week but I decided to stop as I have way too many bad experiences to continue ordering from them. I just tried New Punjabi dhaba, I thought it might be good food. I asked food to be spicy. But so disappointed as there is no taste, pani puri no spice, no flavour. Had tandoori chicken, worst, no flavours. Chicken biryani - no flavours, chicken is dry. Pls don’t waste your money. I had to throw rest in the bin, that’s how bad it was.
