Origin Kebabs Eagleby Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Logan City

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I had receive my order and had missing items, chips and drink. When I called the restaurant they accused me of lying and that they had reported me to uber claiming to have video evidence of them placing the missing items in the package. I had to call the uber driver, tip him extra to return with the item. As you can see on the origin bag, the staples indicate where the restaurant had stapled the bag closed to prevent tempering, this contained my kebab plate. The 2nd photo shows the additional bag with the chips and drink that was supposedly placed inside the orgin bag (i had to tip the driver extra to return with this). Now how was that supposed to fit inside the origin bag underneath the staples ? Honestly the most upsetting incident ever experienced with a restaurant. I would honestly love to see this so called "video evidence" horrible customer service. To top it off, I didn't even get my requested utensil, I'm at work and requested them...

Considering I would go here 3 times a week on average, I feel very disappointed to have to write this.

I waited over 17 minutes in the drive-thru from my order being placed whilst I sat behind one car. I decided to get to my next appointment I best cancel and keep going being I was on a tight schedule. The man at the window upon me saying that I would like to cancel immediately ran off and thrusted a kebab at me. Naturally I assumed mine was cooking whilst I waited so I paid and went on my way.

Very disappointing to say not only was it not meant for me, it was completely wrong in every regard and I hence disposed of it.

I have reached out to sort the replacement but was ignored, which is very upsetting considering my frequent visits and support.to the business. I will be going elsewhere from now on based purely on their ability to rectify what could have been such a...

I ordered a large chicken kebab as hadn't eaten all day, normally just get the small. When ordering, he kept on adding extras which I didn't order, lucky I saw on screen and told him to remove, then when he went to make it, he hardly put any chicken on it, less then what you would normally get on a small at other origin kebab store, asked him if it was a large l, he said yes. I must have said thank you multiple times from ordering and paying, to when he asked what veges and sauce to him handing over kebab, not a single time has he said thank you or your welcome, I thought that would be common courtesy.

10000% recommend you don't stop here unless you are dying of hunger. Very disappointing as all the other locations never had a issue and guys always...
