An enjoyable park overall for fitness & nature fix. Concrete path around parklands alongside the Logan river plus you can walk over the red bridge. Information signage along walk. Open grassed areas. Regular grounds maintenance keeps the park looking good.

Excess rubbish after weekends is often left by inconsiderate visitors but council are quick to clean up after being notified. You can hear the motorway nearby. Currently some erosion to grounds near the Logan River (orange fenced off). Liberty swing under repair plus one of the exercise machines.

🚗 Decent sized carpark with several more around the loop plus alternate boat carpark access. 🏃🏼‍♀️Park run held on Saturday 🚻 Toilets available 🦮 Dogs on leash. Off leash small & big dog fenced section. Bins & bags available. ♿️ Wheelchair accessible. Liberty swing is currently under maintenance. 🛝 Playground (shaded)& volleyball net 🦆Wetlands for wildlife 🧺 Picnic tables (sheltered) BBQs & bins available. 🎣🛶 fishing & kayak/canoe pontoon 💪🏻 Fitness equipment...

If you go a little further round, away from the kids playground, there's a couple of areas where there's BBQs and 2 covered seating areas.

Lovely & quiet with a lot of bird life. The Moorhens are so cute.

The first one is good as 1 of the 2 covered areas is right next to the BBQs and the BBQs work and are nice & clean.

The only problem is that despite the nice long tables, the benches are: 1 long bench on 1 side, another short bench on the end & no long bench on the other side!!! It was very difficult to talk and share food when 3 of you are sitting in a row and 1 on the end!

The other shaded seating was 1 X 2 seater on 1 side and the same on the other side but up the other end of the table?!?!?!

So if you have more than 4 people, I suggest you bring 4-5 folding chairs with you.

But do go! It's a...

Logan River Parklands in Beenleigh is a top-tier park, easily 5 stars. It's a huge, sprawling area with something for absolutely everyone. The playground is massive and has a great variety of equipment, including a flying fox, in-ground trampolines, and musical instruments that are a big hit with the kids. Its biggest asset is its inclusivity. They have a 'Liberty Swing' which is a fantastic wheelchair-accessible swing, allowing kids of all abilities to play. This, combined with the flat, well-maintained concrete pathways and accessible toilets, makes it a truly welcoming spot for everyone. Add in the clean electric BBQs, plentiful picnic tables under shade, a separate off-leash dog park, and lovely river views, and you've got the perfect spot for a full family day out. Highly...

I love this local park, it’s a great place to go for walks or runs. There is a kids parks attached, picnic area (including disability inclusion seating), bathroom facilities, and a dog area as well (not fenced). Very peaceful and worth the visit. My favorite time to visit is in the early morning when the fog is still on the water.

Recommended by a friend as just moved up this way. What a beautiful park, so well maintained lots of open area, bird life, playground, picnic & BBQ areas, good wide pathways and 2 great off leash areas for small & large dogs. I don't think I walked the whole parkland but will be back to fo so, we'll done Logan Council.
