Subway — Restaurant in Logan City

Don't know how to make a decent wrap!! I like it in the sandwich press and while other stores I've done the same thing and it still come out in 1 piece looking easy to eat, both times I have been to this store it comes out looking like its been run over by a train and there is shirt everywhere and I almost need a fork to eat it... I'm not sure who's training these people but the staff are extremely slow and there no appreciation into the work they are doing or how many customers they have in the shop

Only reason I'm giving this a 2 and not 1 star is because its always been a clean...

I've been told by a number of the workers that the staff aren't even trained properly. Apparently most of the poor workers have to learn and train them self. Its appalling that the management team don't even have the common courtesy to properly train their staff, quite frankly it gives the shop a bad name because the workers wouldn't know how to do some things. I was going to tell one of my family members to work here, however i'm glad i didn't. In my opinion i think the management staff need to get their act together. Manager on duty, looked at me when I walked in he didn't greet me, it took me over 5 minutes to be asked what I wanted to order and I was first in line. I could see that the girl was busy making the previous guests food, she had red hair, fantastic employee however the grumpy old man needs to learn people skills when it comes to serving guests.
