I prefer this store, rather than the one in Yarrabilba. Not sure, how I feel after tonight, maybe I’ll stick to daytime order when the good workers are on and make no errors.
Tonight I ordered 3x Beef Yakisoba, (which is similar to No.7 chicken stir fry noodles) and 4 brown sugar milk tea.
Spent $83.05 and it was very busy. I didn’t mind the 30min wait given only one cook and working well under pressure.
What frustrates me is all 3 dishes were wrong and got beef and rice, which is not what I ordered. The realisation of this only came to light when I got home to open the bag and seeing this. Did we eat it, no! If there was a shortage on the noodles, the cook or person behind the counter should have let me know, so I could cancel the order or opt for something else. I’m Japanese and a big salmon lover, so I stopped by hoping for something decent. What I got instead was the worst, fake-looking orange blocks of “salmon,” about two centimeters thick, I’ve ever seen. The so-called sashimi bowl came with a mountain of salad on the side, smothered in mayonnaise that even stuck all over the fish.
I never waste food, but this time I couldn't even eat half of it. It went straight into the trash. It tasted horrible and ruined my day. If they serve stuff like this, then they shouldn't even be talking...
Read moreTwice now at about 6pm on a sat I have gone in to get avocado sushi for my kids. This first time I was told they could make it and to come back in 15 mins. So I did. To which I was told no they didnt make it and the girl was too scared to go check with kitchen why. She just said they wont.
Second visit. None again so I requested could it be made and I was told very rudely NO. I have never heard of a sushi kitchen refusing to make a sushi roll unless it was close time not right before peak trade. And the customer service around it...
