Zarraffa's Coffee Loganlea — Restaurant in Logan City

I love love love my Zarraffa's coffee but am super disappointed with this store...

This is my closest store, but I would rather travel to the Slacks Creek or Bethania stores just so I can get the coffee I asked for...

80% of the time, I get a coffee fusion without whipped cream in a jumbo serving, and majority of the time, it either doesn't taste right, has a weird gel type coffee in it, and it is hardly ever full... I pay extra to get the jumbo size and feel ripped off when it's not full to the top...

When I asked about it a few different times, I was told they put the right amounts in the blender, and if I want it filled to the top, I need to pay extra...

The inside is ok, there have been times in the mornings where I have stood at the counter waiting for service and have been ignored for upto 5 mins...

The tables & chairs are always dirty, with crumbs, obviously where someone has cleared the table but they haven't wiped it clean...

I was going there every day and getting a minimum of 2-4 coffees depending on the day, but like I said, I'll only go there if I'm running late and have...

Our go to drive through coffee place 2-3 times a week. We actually go out of our way to go here rather than McDonald’s who are on every corner. This time we filled up petrol there so went inside to order. Big mistake. I was placing my order and I guess I didn’t order in the correct manner since the girl puffed and rolled her eyes when she didn’t understand me the first time. I was so close to removing my card from the eftpos machine and cancelling my order but decided to swallow my pride. Shocking customer service. I visited family in the area and looked around for a coffee shop in the area. Luckly I found Zaraffa's. Its a drive through at a busy intersection situated at a petrol station. Super convenient if you want to fillup and grab your favourite comfort drink. It has a sitting area inside and outside. It is quite busy but is a clean well kept establishment, with lovely professional staff who provide a friendly service even through the busy periods.

I have been a number of times now and my experience has always been the same. Quick, professional, friendly service.
