Fredo’s African Cuisine — Restaurant in Logan City

I drove past this place about a month ago while on holiday and wanted to try it but never had the time.

I recently moved to Brisbane and got my chance and it was 100% worth the wait.

I ordered the whole Tilapia and it was the best fish I have ever eaten in my life. Full of flavour and perfectly cooked. It was better than even any Coral Trout or Barra I've eaten. I would recommend this dish to everyone.

I also got a lamb chop on the side which was seasoned and cooked well, not chewy at all it was just right.

I bought a food truck from Fredo a couple of years ago for $17,000, only to discover that the trailer was riddled with electrical faults and non-compliant appliances. I ended up having to replace most of the equipment and spent at least $10,000 more just to get it up to legal standards. What was sold to me as a “ready-to-go business” turned out to be a money pit.

I wanted to try Fredo's African Cuisine tonight around 4.40pm Saturday, I checked the opening time 11.30am - 9.30pm.. I called Fredo's to place an order for pick up only for the phone to ring out.. I thought maybe their busy with customers so I'll just drive there instead, packed the kids up in the car all for Fredo's to be closed but lights are on with workers still inside? I waited in the car for 20mins to see if the doors would open but nope :( I tried to call again but the phone rang out once again.
