Cafe Cha Cha — Restaurant in Macksville

Very overpriced bad coffee.

The staff need training on coffee making and customer service. I normally don't mind staff having a conversation with friends and finishing a point or a sentence but leaving me waiting for two minutes whilst you're having a chat is bad.

There was one nice girl that served us well after she came from the back of the store; shame I didn't catch her name.

Then as I was leaving I said to one of the girls "oh lucky you close early" she didn't even smile or acknowledge me and I was looking...

This morning ordered a coffee and was told it would be brought out...after about 15 mins I went in my coffee was sitting on the counter..I enquired if it was mine and was told it would be brought out . I said to the assistant 'it isn't hot' she replied 'well that's your fault'.. I told her to keep her coffee and I would not be back..having a person with this attitude should not be working with the public..she also said she was too busy..there was 4 people...

Driving from Sydney to Gold Coast and was dreading the thought of pulling off the highway to have to endure poor coffee and dodgy food.
