Just had a smoker platter at Island Burger for only $25, and it was amazing! The meats were super tender and flavorful. Great portion and the sides were on point. Cozy spot with friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're on Magnetic Island!

The fries and the burger were really good! When we arrived, there was also a small event with a DJ. The place is really pleasant, right next to the sea with a beautiful view! Really great atmosphere, I highly recommend it.

Went there for dinner last night and burgers were INCREDIBLE. easily the best food we’ve had in the island during our stay!

You can easily get to the restaurant/hostel via bus as there is a stop right outside. There’s a cute seating area facing the beach so you can eat and have drinks as the sun sets.

Absolutely incredible! We had the fried chicken burger and the classic burger and they were both amazing. Fries spot on.

If I lived in Townsville I’d come out...

Stumbled on this island gem looking through photos on instragram tagged with 'magnetic island' and so glad we did! They're located attached to the bar at the rear of Base backpackers hostel. There's a bus stop right outside so it's easy to get to.

We tried 2 of the vegetarian options and both were delicious! Couple this sitting right on the ocean at sunset and you've got an absolute winner! Would definitely recommend and...

At first we wanted to go somewhere else because it seemed there is a festival with very loud music on Saturday. Finally we chose to get in as the band was not bad at all and the vibe was pleasant.
