Hungry Jack's Burgers Marulan North — Restaurant in Marulan

We drove here from Canberra the other day as a pit stop. We weren’t in a hurry or anything. We approached the Drive Thru window and were rudely greeted by a woman

“We are short staff and its only me and the manager on today, expect a wait for 10minutes for your order.”

I was okay with it and simply was after a storm ice cream.

She then says “Are you sure? It will be a 15minute wait because it will take longer than usual.

Again i replied i can wait its fine.

Then she asks me again, “it will be long wait, you okay with that?”

I mean how do I make myself more sure?

The poor girl was clearly out of breath each word she said, it seems like she didn’t want to work at all. I just drove off because clearly she didn’t want to work at all, just kept nagging me on how short staffed they were and simply wanted me out.

To the Manager that was working on Monday 22/9 during the afternoon, the girl you were working with needs to get fired and...

Yuck, yuck and more yuck. I had some sort of a supposed Angus burger with bacon and my wife had a grilled chicken burger with bacon. $13 got the Angus burger which had absolutely no flavour and the bacon looked like it was steamed. $11 for a tiny piece of crucified chicken and same steamed bacon. Hungry Jacks say the burgers are better, but not at this place. Absolutely disgusting for what they charge. Wouldn't even feed it to a dog and I doubt the dog would eat it either. Unfortunately it was takeaway and we were well down the highway after the first bite, so couldn't turn around and throw it back at them. Both burgers went in the bin. I had just came off the highway after driving for a long while, i walked in and the staff member Lillian was waiting at the serving station. She gave me a welcoming smile and i told her what i was after, while serving me we had a great chat about what i was doing on the weekend and she showed so much interest. After she served me she got my drink ready for me and passed it to me, the coke was amazing, fresh and crisp. Then she went and made my burger and got my chips ready, she packed it into the bag and walked towards me with a smile.
