DO NOT GO THERE My below review was giving them 4 stars. After the Bew Year's Eve, every single star has fallen..... We went there specially to buy the fat chips for our NYE as we had talked about them so much to friends. When my husband came home just in time for serving the diner is that we noticed that they sold us normal chips with the seasoning.... terrible, overcooked chips, Completely ruined my mood for diner. If I wanted THAT, I would have purchased in the fish and chips next door and sprinkled seasoning on the chips, not paid for a product and received something else as a surprise. They not even at least advised that they did not have the product and offered the normal chips instead so that we could have the option. Just packed, delivered to my husband as if it was what we paid for. There is no excuses to trick your customer and sell something you don't have to deliver. Shame on you Smokin Joe's. You lost a customer and I am definitely telling everyone I recommended your food to NOT purchase with you anymore as it is not worth. Despite the inconsistency that was happening more often with the ribs... or I should call them bones with sauce.... the only product that kept us buying with you were the fat chips... gone.

OLD REVIEW "Lovely food but inconsistency at times can be an issue. We are addicted to Joe's Pack: ribs, chicken breast and wings and the fat chips. The chips never disappoint, they are always fantastic. The wings and chicken breast are always good and the sauce is excellent. Same for the salad. But the ribs can be meaty and big or at times very bony or very small. Maybe they should review their supplier, as for me they are the hit of the pack. We asked often but sometimes avoid after buying a pack that it is not really good.. When we had my sister for diner and asked the packs, they were so great, then we received friends and bought the packs and they were really disappointing. If I would have to say anything to the company is: please work with your supplier to have consistency on the ribs size and meat percentage." Still a lovely pack to enjoy, the best chips I've ever had and great value...

At the behest of family in Sunbury I shouted them a pizza from Smokin Joe's Sunbury.

In short... very much overrated. We needed a spoon to lift the soggy pizza off the bottom of the box.

I also did specifically ask for a tamper proof carton which was not supplied. Odd, since "First Pack" does supply tamper proof boxes to ensure the product is not meddled with once it leaves the kitchen. Contact details as per the bottom of your boxes attached should you wish to enquire.

The most surprising thing for the family here in Sunbury whom have ordered from this branch previously, in October, 2020 in fact, was the 150% increase in the price of additional toppings since their last order. Whilst the basic prices have not increased for the pizza and the delivery charge we couldn't quite fathom how you can justify a 150% increase in the ingredients of extra toppings. Also of interest, while you can opt not to have standard toppings, you are not offered an alternative at the same price for free.

We've all been affected by COVID... But price gouging is never acceptable.

First...

Usually I enjoy ordering from smokin' Joe's. Today is definitely gonna be the last time. Driver came slamming at the front door. And as we receive our boxes, ALL boxes were ripped and dented open and the food was room temp. Nothing was made fresh like a restaurant should be, the parmas were dry and there was cooled greese underneath my Parma!!! But wait. There's more! We ordered a half rack of pork ribs as we enjoy smokin' Joe's pork ribs, these were dryer then a desert, the sauce was spicy but easily dealt with. What made it worse and the knowledge I have in hospitality, is when something sits in cardboard for too long covered in greese and heat, the bottom of the box tends to go soft and deform, ALL BOXES HAD THIS!!

Extremely disappointed, do not order from these money...
