Benny Boy's Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolute worst service. I will never go back. Previously to this event I was a regular customer, never had an issue. Tonight they mixed up our pizza order, and when I rang back to see if they had made a mistake the staff member told me, yes there has been a mix up and to come back to the store immediately and to bring back the wrong pizza (which had already been opened and touched). Upon returning to the store they don’t even have the other pizza waiting, so now my partner and I are waiting in the car for ten minutes while our pizza is getting made and our other pizza is getting cold at home. We were under the impression that our cold pizza would also get reimbursed, this is not the case as. The staff member has clearly made a mistake and not disclosed this to the boss, so the boss comes out confused and angry. And then when my partner is discussing this with the staff the situation escalates and the staff tell my partner they don’t like his attitude, and they start swearing at each other. He was the only customer in the store and the staff were yelling at him, disgusting bullying behaviour over a wrong pizza. The young staff member was slapping his ears clearly traumatised by the events. About 45 mins later we’re at home after the worst customer service experience and one cold pizza, cold garlic bread, one hot pizza. Would not recommend this...

I think they may be confused by the online ordering. Menulog still has Big Papa's menu for Benny Boy's, which is where I order as the prices are $1 cheaper per pizza and I adapt one of their pizzas. I've tried ordering through both the Benny Boy's website and through menulog and 4 out of 5 of my adapted pizza orders have been incorrect so far - twice missing the extra bbq sauce I paid for, still adding mushroom when I asked for it to be removed, removing pepperoni instead of ham! Giving me an entirely wrong pizza! The other non-adapted pizzas we order are fine. The base is much thicker than before, a bit too much so for our liking. I'm not a fan of the small pizza being cut into only 4 slices, makes them a bit too big to eat easily - but that's minor.
