Hey Bostini , on the 22 /12 /17 # 7:30 on the dot, I walked into your resturant and ask for a table for one .. i was given a werid look for asking for a table for one, any way as i was shown to my seat I asked for a large latte, i was handed a menu and around 10 minutes later my latte arrived but the waitress just went off and didn't even ask if i was ready to order , i sat there up to 8:04 pm watching every one else getting asked by your waiters and waitress, yet no one asked me, do you guys discriminate because a person asking for a table for one will bring in less cash for your busniess then people asking for a table for 2, any way at 8:04 pm after being ignored for now 34mints I got up and went down the staris and decided to tell your cashier who was a young male that I was ignored for 34 minutes , he didn't seem to care much, i asked for the manager who was apprently not in, so i decided to take my table for 1 busniess else where , i paid for my coffee and left, am not ashamed of dinning alone, even thoe your resturant showed a diffeent side by how I was treated, this was my favorite local restaurant we would often come for lunch and dinner . If you guys were busy I could understand, you guys wernt even at 50% capacity upstaris or down staris . Maybe you should put a sign out at the front that you don't allow tables for 1 . I had booked for a friends birthday and I was not terribly happy with the service. The food tasted ok, but we received half effort in service. Upon entering the restaurant we were ignored for what was probably 7-9 minutes, even though the girl that was doing nothing was looking straight at us and two steps in front of us. Once seated we were one of 3 tables (9 adults total, our table of 2, another 2, and one of 5 adults and small child) - and no more came in. Our order was hurriedly taken - the waiter was polite in interaction but not attentive. The barman constantly looked at his watch and clearly wanted to go home. The wrong meal came up - and both meals were also named wrong from what they were, when brought up by a young boy.

Once our drinks and meals arrived - we were not approached again, neither to ask about our meals, offered any more drinks, or offered desert or coffee. In fact both staff appeared to deliberately avert our gaze and be off the floor - as if to avoid providing anything more so as to go home early. The barman did grab his backpack and left early - and at that point we knew the aim was to have us leave, not to provide us any service. I’m total we went 40 minutes without any attendance - even though our initial drinks and plates had been finished...

Very unhappy, firstly booked 2 months in advance for a 14th birthday party of around 20 people. When we arrived I confirmed with the waiter that the pizza's would be sold at the price on the board outside at 2 for $20. When were seated and the pizzas started to arrive, no plates were given so the kids had to just eat from the boxes, all the while the waiter was just interested in serving jugs of fanta and coke at $14 per jug, filled with ice. When it came to the cake, they never even offered plates, my wife and I had to clear the table then get the plates ourselves. Finally, when I went to pay, I was charged full price for the pizza's between $16 and $18 each, a far cry from 2 for $20. I don't mind paying, in fact I expect to pay full price in a restaurant if I get 1.Plates, 2 Table service, 3 Clearing tables etc.but not when I get a takeaway service. I paid quietly (roughly $100 more than it was supposed to be), without embarrassing my daughters guests or anyone else and decided to return the next day to voice my concern. When I arrived, the manager didn't even remember me, only to call the waiter to deal with the problem. He offered my family a discount meal?
