We held an Event August 2024 for 70+ women with a Guest Speaker in the Function room. From the ease of booking, and so much taken care of from table seating lists, branded drink coupons to technical assistance with our presentation on the day, this is a wonderful place to hold your next Event.

The food was great, the view, and the staff on the day, I really felt everything was covered in the capable hands of Trish and Lochie. The attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble, suggestions were taken on board and our wishes accommodated. Cannot recommend this Venue and the staff highly enough. Thanks so much Trish you were an absolute wonder-woman both professionally and so friendly!

Sadly the food on Tuesday evening 15th August 2017 in the Bistro was well below par. We ordered off the Main Menu, our meals came out tepid and basically thrown on the plate. My Scotch Fillet was over cooked and thrown on the Chips and they were pretty much a soggy mess when the meal arrived at the table. The Steak Sandwich was a consummate failure. The prices asked for these items are still relative to the general market, not sure what happened on this occasion as we have dined numerous times without complaint. Service is always friendly and it's a shame that it was let down by the food on this occasion, not encouraged to go back as I sent an email last week to try and give the kitchen an opportunity to respond. Played there on Monday after a few days of heavy rain. There was constant drizzle throughout our round. Lift, clean and place was permitted as the course was very wet....particularly the back 9. There was pooling of rain water on some greens but the greens were very good and fairly quick considering the amount of rain that the course had. Some places on the course were almost unplayable and by the end of round, our group of 20 odd players were the only ones on the course. It probably should have been closed and I don't think it will recover until later in the year. Give it a miss until summer. Played it today (17/3/25) and had heavy rain yesterday.
