I miss the old owners :(

This used to be the best takeaway in Frankston but has gone so drastically downhill both in service and quality. We ordered last night, and were given a delivery time of 45 minutes - 1 hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, we called to ask how much longer it would be. They hadn't even started cooking the food, and were not at all apologetic about it (despite 4 starving kids and two pretty annoyed parents!).

About 20 minutes after that, they called to say they were here. They were not. It turned out that, despite our current address being clear on the order, they had delivered to our OLD address (that we haven't been at for 18 months).

Of course, by the time we actually received our order it was cold, gluggy and disappointing, which it may have been anyway given the recent decline. Time for this family to find...

Sorry guys but the quality of dish here is extremely ordinary. Your 'kung pow' chicken barely resembles the dish - more just chunks of chicken thigh with random vegetables in a gluggy sauce. I've eaten this dish all round the world - from mainland china to various restaurants around melbourne and your gluggy stirfry is somewhat offensive to what is usually a very delicious dish.

Your sweet n sour pork isnt BAD but should come with pineapple/onion/capsicum in the sauce, rather than a single piece of each. I appreciate you're not exactly cooking for an asian community down this way, but it doesn't mean you need to hoodwink us with generic dishes, low quality dishes which are...

New owners. The shop has just been renovated. Reasonable prices and great food. Wide menu selection. Service very friendly and efficient. Mainly takeaway although there is a table and seating should you choose to eat in. Lunchtime specials are excellent value and freshly prepared as you order.Good street parking available outside the shop. In a small group of shops in Heatherhill Rd. I certainly recommend this place.
