I’m not one to give reviews, but after I told the lady behind the counter (sorry I didn’t get your name), “that was the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in my life”, and saw the expression of joy in her’s , and Chef Rosy’s face, I feel like I had to.

Perfectly poached eggs with silky, golden yolk, over Turkish bread. The hollandaise sauce was pure perfection. Every bite melted in my mouth, with the bacon bringing it all together. If heaven serves breakfast, this is on the menu.

Grabbed a coffee from here while driving though Hurstbridge early one morning. The staff were really friendly and happy to serve use despite not officially open and still setting up the chairs. Havent had the best experience at this cafe on multiple occasions. They are overpriced for under average quality.
