I went here for lunch today 12 feb 2024. My pie was good. How ever i bought a (roasted chicken chese and lettice roll) First off it wasnt roasted, it was boiled chicken. Secondly my first roll i had to give back to them due to the long blonde hair inside of the roll. I didnt mind these things happen. Then i got given a new one and then opened it worrying about hair and found out 30% of my chicken was grey and moldy. Also i think you guys should check the date of your mayo because it was very sour. Also my work mate ordered the same bolognese pie as i did, i really injoyed it however he is illergic to mushrooms. We were on our way back to work when he pulled a mushroom out of his mouth. Not a good situation. We googled the ingredience and it did not consist of mushrooms. I highly highly recomonend that you let people know that this pie has mushrooms being that im still in the hospital with my...

One of the better bakeries I've been to this year. I got the standard meat pie, pastie and vanilla slice.

Pastry was on point, top being crispy and flaky, bottom being not soggy or soft and holding shape like a bowl. Flavour of both savouries were perfect, the pie had a nice balance that you could forego tomato sauce. The meat and veg pastie was the same, with a good spice mix, good variety of veg and flaky pastry.

The vanilla slice ranks fairly high on my snot block list at the moment, up there with Whittlesea Bakery. Pastry was excellent, custard was tasty with a good texture. No lumps, and doesn't resemble jelly.

Will be hard for me not to stop whenever I...

Such a lovely bakery! We stopped for a refreshment break on our bike ride while going through Hurstbridge. Our entire group was very impressed. They got a good variety to choose from. Whether it be sweets, donuts or hot pastries. They even make fresh sandwich with ingredients of choice. And their product pricing is stunning! Don't miss their free donut with regular coffee ☕ such a great deal. Cannot miss to say that the Staff are very Friendly.

Perfect little rural bakery that you think of when you want that perfect pie. Prices are spectacular and the staff are so lovely. You get a free cinnamon doughnut with any coffee (includes the fun ones like iced coffee!) which just makes the experience so so nice. They also have a small tray of discounted goods from the day before - definitely worth a detour to try!
