Broady Pizza House — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered pizza through delivery, upon receipt of the delivery I found hair then called the restaurant and advised them of same. The manager (alleged owner) was disrespectful and unpolite didn’t care about the issue I raised but was more concerned of issues within his business he advised that he has a lot of bills that he needs to pay and that his fridge and pizza machine are broken and he doesn’t have money to pay for it. I said I sympathised that he had all of those but was upset that my issue wasn’t being dealt with. He also stated that I only ordered 1 pizza and was making a big deal out of that (bare in mind that pizza plus delivery) I then stated that I was a paying customer and wether I ordered 1 or 10 pizzas I should be treated the same. He continued to be extremely rude and I sensed a English barrier which was also a issue. I will be taking this further as I see a Australian buisness should not be operating in such a manner and be acting against the health act. I strongly suggest for this pizza shop to have a urgent council health inspection as this should not be the case. I strongly do not suggest for anyone to order from this...

I’ve never really had anything to complain about with broady pizza until tonight. They wouldn’t take the meals I got back and replace them. The garlic bread was black!
