I would give zero stars if I could. I called at 13.09 on Saturday, April 15th and ordered baklava for an important iftar night on Monday, April 17th. On Monday, April 17, I was told that there was no baklava left half an hour before iftar, there was a mistake in my order, and I had not ordered before. Although I showed the call logs to prove that I placed the order, no action was taken to remedy this situation. If you look at the past reviews about this shop, you will see that I am not the only one who has experienced this situation. I was disgraced for not being able to offer my promised baklava to my friends thanks to the zero customer service. My rating would be zero if I could. I am very disappointed and shocked with the unfair and unjust treatment I received in this shop. They play favours to their regular customers at the expense of your needs without any feeling of shame! Regardless of how far you travelled to get to their shop after checking with them on the availability of special item that you need and having their word for it that it is reserved for you, they make you witness that it is sold to another customer in front of your eyes. No apology whatsoever… This is not a customer service. Where is the concept of integrity? I only lost the chance of enjoying a food item for this occasion, but you seriously tarnished the reputation of the workplace you work for. I hope it was...

Customer service used to be way better before. I was deeply disappointed in our last visit after facing such an unprofessional treatment . At the counter I ordered baklava with ice cream and a Turkish tea , when the waitress brought the baklava and tea, a scoop of ice cream that I ordered was missing , when I asked her she responded saying “ oh I didn’t put ice cream as we forgot to charge you for it “ excuse me ?, Is it my fault that you made a mistake and didn’t charge? Why wouldn’t you come and tell me to pay extra (2$ or whatever) before bringing the plate. I believe you wouldn’t bankrupt with a scoop of ice cream anyway.
