Cafe Eden — Restaurant in Melbourne

Recently, I visited Cafe Eden and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. It took a whopping 50 minutes for our my food to get ready. During this time, no apologies or updates were provided by the staff.

Overall, I was quite disappointed by my experience at this cafe. The lengthy wait time and the small portion of food would be enough to discourage me from returning, but the poor service was truly the nail in the coffin.

The customer should be informed of the wait time when placing an order so they can choose whether or not to do so. It's unprofessional to keep them waiting without providing an update...

Don't eat here unless you love Magpies trying to steal your food! The birds were so brazen that they flew to the table and stole food as you were eating it, so much so that the people next to us left their table to get away from them. We shooed them away and the lady running the place was incredibly rude and told us off for scaring the birds. If I could give less than a star I honestly would. Shocking experience! Took a massive 40 mins for two toasted sandwiches which were not received with an apology or updates at all! Very average food which also made me sick too unfortunately! Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
