Come for lunch with my wife Friday. Cafe was just a little under half full. There was no greeting or acknowledgement when we entered. Just saw a young lady behind the coffee machines in her own world, making coffees. We didn't know if we needed to be seated or just take a table. But after a minute or so, we decided to seat ourselves. After sitting down, once again we weren't sure if it was table service or order and pay at the counter, since there were still no acknowledgement we were there. We decided to find our own menu by the side of the counter, then order and pay at the counter. Not much warmth or personality from the young lady. After a while, the same young lady brought our cutlery and serviettes, put it in the middle of the table, then walked away (instead of properly placing each of our set of cutlery in front of us). Coffee was brought out by another lady with a smile. We found the coffee bit underwhelming. Latte was very pale with no flavour, and long black had no golden crema. We also ordered the pulled pork benny and baked eggs. Both dishes was very tasty and beautifully presented. We would still come back for the food, but maybe give the coffee a miss. I normally look around at other peoples coffee before ordering one, but couldn't see any at that particular time.

Outdoor seating is nice. However, the lie that their banana bread is homemade when they just take the Coles brand banana bread out of its packaging and charge twice the amount earns this Cafe one star. Please replace the water bowl outside more frequently.

Excellent little café and conveniently placed!! The service was to a very high standard. The food itself is superb. Nice hot drinks including white hot chocolate and orange jaffa. Very clean here, would highly recommend for breakfast etc.

Went on Mon 23/12. There is a lady at the counter. Walk in no greeting no eye contact. As a first time customer I do not what to do. Do I grab the menu at the counter and take any seat, do I take a seat wait to be served, or I have to order at the counter. The scramble egg on toast is a joke, like a kid's job. The veggies focaccia is average. One of the very rare cafe that does not...

From what I've read elsewhere this gorgeous little Cafe has new owners since the previous reviews were posted. Certainly the times I've been there have been enjoyable. Great coffee (it's organic, even though they don't advertise it) and the cakes are just delicious. Table staff do tend to be young but can't recall any bad service. Would definitely recommend if you're in this neck...
