I really really feel for the young people working here on the weekend. I went in to grab a spring roll. It's lunchtime on a Sunday and the place is packed. There's a line out the entrance and the people are getting restless. The poor kids have no owner, no manager or supervisor to take control of the situation and are really floundering to keep up. Non of these kids look over 18yrs. The customers are getting nasty and rude and there's no one there to protect these kids. It's just so not good enough. I know it's about cutting costs, the younger the staff the less you pay, right?! But at what cost. Your staff are being abused and can't keep up, the customer service is non existent because of this. I think maybe cost cutting has gone a bit to far here! It's just not good enough.

So definitely do not get that, I prefer getting food that I have seen them freshly prepare so I know...
