Simply rude. I walked in at peak lunch time and theres an older man leaning against the back wall behind the counter (who probably could have been the owner), I look at him, he looks at me.. and looks straight away without a word, still leaning. When I finally ask him a question all that is returned is attitude. Ummm do you realise your job is customer service? Glad I felt so welcomed by just stepping into...
