Absolutely shocking food. Bought 3 nasiguran and 2 fried rice serves. Fried rice was off. Smells pretty owful. I don't even know how the didn't figure it out. Had to throw them away. nasiguran was pretty dry. I actually don't know where's the food safety is gone. Forget about wasting my time to go there and money but as a business in hospitality industry you need to understand food safety and the fact you are feeding humans. Please pay more attention to the helalth and wellbeing of your customers and neighborhood. I'm so tempted to inform vic health department as well. Trust me it was that awful. Also this is the first time I ever experienced such a scenario and left a review like this as i believe it could be once off, but this is different level. I catered food from Ceylon Flavours for a diiner party. Service was absolutely shocking. I was meant to pick up the food at 4pm but when we got there, was told that the food would not be ready intil 6pm. They had clearly messed up my order. What made be really annoyed was that when I placed my order I asked to be sent a confirmation email to confirm the food I had ordered and date snd time for pickup. That never hsppened. They eventuslly delivered the food at 7.30pm long after my guests hsd arrived. Some foid artived cold which meant i had to waste more time rehesting. The so called chicken biryani did not have any visible traces of chicken. Absolutely disappiinting experience. Will never cater from Ceylon Flabours again. I...

Whenever you order food from CEYLON FLAVOURS, please be carefull

I should not have given one star as well. This occurred frequently when I order Chicken kottu. The food was extremely cold, And there was no Chicken gravy in a separate food container.

I called after ordering Kottu ( The call was answered by Kavisha) and asked that it be added to the chicken gravy in a separate food container ( I also made a note of it) However, I received no gravy. They did this to me multiple times.

I got an upset stomach several times after eating their kottu. I should complain to the local council about the standard of their food.
