The service used to be so good until this new girl started working (i think its the new owner) who does not have customer service and does not know how to speak to customers. Also when paying at the counter she criticized about the credit card used as she rudely said that is a very old credit card and we do not accept it here. When the funds cleared and then she said "i will accept it now but next time don't bring such an antique card to her place. That credit card was issued by the banks and if she has issues she should raise it with the banks. Such a RUDE person. Also she mentioned that by serving me my request she was doing me a favor to which i replied that i am paying for the food i want and i don't see any favor. We ordered through Uber Eats, 2x dinner packs, 1x lunch pack & a coleslaw last night at around 7:15PM. We received a notification that the uber driver was running late, we didn't receive the food until 8:30PM, we live about 5 minutes drive from this store but unfortunately we couldn't pick it up ourselves. When we opened up the takeaway containers, the chicken was cold, the chips were also VERY cold and soggy. It seems that the food had been ready for a long time, they knew the uber driver was running late, could have used the initiative to at least cook some fresh chips upon arrival of the uber driver? Please, do NOT support these type of small businesses who simply do not care about...

ASKED FOR EXTRA STUFFING ON A BIG ORDER AND JUST GOT A BLUNT NO!! A SIMPLE SORRY WE CANT OR WE DONT HAVE ENOUGG WOULD OF BEEN NICER FELT EMBARRASSED AND UNCOMFORTABLE ALSO DIDNT LIKE THE POTATO CAKES.
