17/05/2024~ Get rid of all your staff and rehire, something seems off about them. they have bad customer service and act like they are being held hostage, barely uttering a word with a poker face. i understand cafe work is tiring and i dont care much about how they act, but this felt weird because its not just one worker. for example, ill order something, and the worker would just stand there almost like if she didnt want to process my order haha but reluctantly did so.
the coffee is meh for its price, i can make better coffee at home. The coffee frappe was good enough though in my opinion.

Read moreVarying degrees of a long wait. Never a quick one, always a long wait to some degree. Busy? Wait a long time. Not busy? Wait a marginally less long time. Sometimes I wonder why I subject myself to paying almost $5 a cup of coffee when I could be caffeinated at the vending machine for $3 instantly. Maybe the staff find it easier to say ‘sorry for the wait’, than to actually do something about the wait.
