LEGIT THE WORST DEGANIS IVE EVER BEEN TO! From the service to the food, it went from bad to worse. Waited over an hour for food and still plates came out incorrectly. And when told so, the wait staff acted as if it’s our fault because we were a larger group and its “a lot” If you can’t handle the number of people in the cafe at once, then don’t book so many. Understand the number you can manage and go from there. No point having a full house (which it isn’t even as there are empty tables around) if you cant maintain the standard.

ADDED AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: Thank you for your response. As you can see from the timing of the above review - this review was placed prior to payment and leaving your store. While we appreciate the removed meals (due to being burnt) and discount, it still doesn’t excuse the service and food we originally received. My review was purely based on that. And from what I can see in these reviews, we are not the only people who have felt that your food and service is not of a high standard so please, don’t be so quick to respond with how you “fixed” the situation and maybe instead focus on how you can stop letting it happen so you don’t have to...

Literally just walked in for the first time ever and immediately was put off by the girl who “served” me. She smiled at me and said hello and approached me to take my order then the phone rang and she turned her back on me to answer it and took their order instead and left me standing there. The barista came and asked me what I was having and as soon as I was answering the girl on the phone interrupted with her phone order. Rude and needs to learn that customers in front of you who are there BEFORE the phone rings take priority. Someone else can take the call or you ask them to wait a moment while you serve others who were there first. Won’t waste my time here again because of her. Definitely going to either Diletto or Oregano’s where customer service is amazing at both. Been going for years and normally very good. Today the service was poor, they didnt have food items that were on menu and staff kept coming back to table after we ordered to change things. They brought out the wrong drinks. The food wasn't as good as it has been. I'd pre-booked a table and the middle of 3 tables pushed together was broken making it difficult to eat. As leaving, told staff about the broken table and the response was, "yeah we know"... the level of disinterest was astounding. $150 for 6 people (2 of them kids) with this experience is not ok. We didnt make a scene, we paid and left but will not be returning. I get COVID hit hard and I want to support local businesses however with this experience, I would not suggest this place for a sit down...
