i don’t normally review stuff so the fact this is being posted is bad. been here a couple times, now they make you order using a QR code on your phone instead of having the waiters doing their jobs. 6 of us at our table, all starved ourselves majority of the day to come to an ‘all-you-can-eat’ restaurant which barely gave us a quarter of the dishes we ordered. As soon as we sat down we ordered 17 dishes, approx 8 or 9 came, so we ordered more to see if they would come to the table. another 20 mins passed and the waitress comes past asking if we’re finished and want dessert, as we are still waiting on at least 15 dishes to come at this point. All starving, kitchen is closing in 20 minutes, the waiter says that they hadn’t received our orders. so they then manually take the orders, including a jug of coke, which they didn’t bring to the table for another 15 minutes, so the waitress comes back around asking if we want dessert, so i asked about the jug of coke that they still hadn’t brought to us, and she said ‘i will quickly check with the chef’ and then 5 minutes later we get out jug of coke, but still no food. all you can eat restaurant where they refuse to serve food. mcdonald’s on the way home. never coming back again. could also hear the table behind us talking about getting maccas on the way home, clearly chef was on a 3 hour break. We still payed the full $280, despite all of us still starving and barely fed, none of us were happy spending $45 each on dinner that...

"ALL YOU CAN EAT" This was misleading We recently visited your restaurant and were disappointed with the service we received. Upon being seated, we immediately placed an order for 17 dishes. After approximately 8 or 9 dishes were served, we noticed a significant delay in the arrival of the remaining items. We waited an additional 20 minutes before a waitress approached our table to inquire if we were finished and interested in dessert. At this point, we were still expecting at least 15 dishes to be delivered.

It became apparent that the restaurant operates on a limited budget for each table, resulting in a refusal to serve additional food once the allocated amount is reached. This practice is unacceptable and misleading, as customers are led to believe they can enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience.

Furthermore, we overheard another table discussing their intention to seek alternative food options on their way home, indicating a widespread dissatisfaction among patrons.

The overall experience was marred by poor food quality, inadequate service, and a lack of customer-centricity displayed by the staff. It is evident that the team members require additional training in customer service or should be replaced entirely.

As the owner of the establishment, it is crucial that you address these issues promptly to prevent further loss of business. Immediate action is necessary to rectify the current situation and ensure a positive dining experience for...

I'd like to apologise is advance as I did not take any photos while I was here. When you're at an all you can eat restaurant with an allocated amount of time you really don't have the time to be pulling out your phone to take photos, that being said the food would have looked great in photos so you'll just have to take my word for it.

I'm always sceptical when it comes to all you can eat and a great price, that one thought always stands out it's probably just okay but I can tell you Okami is far better than okay. I was satisfied with each and every dish that came to my table. I loved the simplicity of the menu and how easy it was to get your order in and continue to have orders taken. What's great also is they accommodate each dish to the amount of people who are eating which I thought was fantastic.

Big thumbs up to the wait staff who were super attentive and it was definitely far from a quiet night. Huge thumbs up to the chef's who are definitely kept on their toes for the duration of their shift yet from start to finish the quality and service did not drop. It was much to my liking as I'm a big fan of Japanese cuisine.

With that said I'll definitely be visiting again soon. Great place for a birthday or if you're very hungry because it really hits the spot.

Extremely disappointing 😞 Would have given no stars as a rating if possible. I have previously eaten here and it has always been great, definitely not this time.... From undercooked tempura prawns and vegetables to overcooked rice and noodles. Beef in the noodle dish was simply fat and not even cut into edible portions, instead just a large chunk. Service was non existent. When paying I said to the staff that I was very unhappy with the meal her reply was thank you?? You now need to order your food through an app with very poor Internet and orders get lost in the process. Dishes come out late and not in order, received mains before entrees. Will not be returning.....

The chicken was so bad and offend smell very bad, as we let the staff know about the chicken, and request to speak to manager, nobody attend at our table . I didn’t know it’s hard to get a fresh chicken. Overall just hyped up. I don’t think we will go back again or recommend this place to anybody. You have to be blind not to notice all that. Not happy at all. Absolutely waist of money.

Service was average and slow. The place was like a fridge cold. No heating at all. I didn’t know it’s hard to get a fresh chicken. Overall just hyped up. I don’t think we will go back again or recommend this place to anybody. You have to be blind not to notice all that.
