Ordered a Shish Meal today.

1 Star is for bad service as took several minutes to get noticed I was in the store and it was empty. The elderly male behind counter seemed busy with a kebab he was making which I was happy to wait but wasn’t acknowledged at all. He seemed very unorganised and rude.

Finally ordered my shish meal after being acknowledged then shortly after paying noticed that owners had changed since last time visiting the shop. I have always enjoyed the food here so felt a bit worried after placing order that the food wasn’t going to be upto the usual standards of the shop after such poor service.

1 Star is for poor food quality with my shish meal that I didn’t even eat half of as meat tasted oily and had a strange bad odour to it that I have never experienced before at a Kebab Restaurant. Rice also wasn’t pleasant to eat and salad was not fresh. Dips also lacked freshness and flavour.

Sorry guys but really disappointed with food and more importantly attitude and service of employees. They didn’t even realised I hadn’t payed when grabbing my food once ready. Aswell as what appeared to be owner or manager that seemed too busy talking on he’s Bluetooth headphone while prepping my meal and not doing he’s job properly. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. This place used to be one of my favourite places to eat when I would work around the Wollert/Epping area in construction once a week.

Edit in response to owner: I appreciate the response but don't appreciate the perceived threat. I ordered on April 22nd at 6.52pm served by an older gentleman. There was no issues with the service. The issue lies in the fact the sauces and salads visibly look like it hasnt been changed or cleaned for a while due to the mess (olives across the area, salad leaves look dry as its been left out). I ordered 2 Kebab meals, large, chicken with Capsicum and Eggplant dip Whilst mediocre meat is typically fine, both dips were sour and tasted like fermented yoghurt. It was inedible to my friend nor my partner and thankfully did not cause any illness outside an upset stomach. I won't be coming back but I do hope there is focus in cleaning up the general store, and perhaps actually serving kebabs off the spit instead of reheating it on the grill.

This place would fail a food inspection. The sauces were obviously off, the meat wasnt even served off the spit instead reheated so it was dry and tasteless. The salad looks like its been sitting there for 2 or more days and the place looks like its about to fall apart. On top of that they charge a high price.

Avoid this place and go to a kebab truck, at least you'll get fresh...

The lady at the counter was very rude. She was discriminating against the uber drivers. She was just ignoring me even though I had talked to her two times. When I was standing out there she was saying to other customers that he was from uber and got all the other orders. I had to wait around 45 minutes. They just prepared and gave all the customers orders who came after me and I had to wait. She is not a good human being and does not know how to respect other people. And their staff also was the same.

Even after I talked to other staff members she just noted the order and kept preparing other customers orders without looking into the uber order. Finally there were no customers and they didn't look into the order. Then I again went and reminded them. Then only they gave the order.

The funny part is it's only one box and it took them only less than one minute to prepare the order.. What they just had to do was put the chips and meats and put the sauces. Really...
