Customer service is terrible, literally ordered a chicken, sitting in the bain Marie ready to go, it took almost 10 minutes for them to stop talking and put a chicken in a bag, no apologies, no thanks I should have left before I ordered as I thought the shop was unreasonay dirty, but woolworths had no BBQ chickens available, next time if woollies are out of chickens I'll settle for deli chicken, but will never order here again. I binned the chicken after I offered it to my dogs and they rejected it, it was undercooked & burnt at the same time, and tasted off, and i had sore stomach and the runs a few hours later, sadly I almost expected that result. It was great before these new owners, but now a horrible experience...
