Wow! What an absolutely amazing experience, this place is a must on your list !

We had such an amazing experience here from start to finish, we were 10 people and we booked in advance, a very handy tip from one of my friends that regularly comes here.

We tried a couple Tbone steaks and rump steak all cooked to perfection at medium rare! When the resturant where you are eating at can nail 8 steaks out 8 from one table , I call that genuine professionalism at its finest.

All the kids had kids meals which were very generous portions, not to mention some extra complimentary ice creams for some of the kids.

Mark one of the owners/chef brought out our steaks such a polite humble man good to see at such position he is still serving throughout the resturant and interacting with the patrons asking questions and just having general conversations. I took his 1st selfie with him when he told me cooked our steaks, so be sure to say hello to Mark when he brings your mouth watering steak.

All the staff were very polite and attentive, the place itself was extremely clean throughout with restrooms and a drink bar at your convenience, there's ample parking opportunities also.

We will definitely be back another day when we revisit the country side again but this time we will try your pizzas as we've heard they're just as good as your signature dishes and steaks.

Overall a very nice and cozy family restaurant, great for family and friends especially for a special occasion.

We went for a 4 hours hike in the Kinglake National park and at 2pm, you guessed it: we were starving.

Once arrived at the venue we were not surprised to see how packed it was considering it was Mothers day.

We ordered their Ribs and the Pulled pork and despite the place been super busy, the food came out rapidly and goodness me how good it was. Not pretty to the eye but absolutely gorgeous to our tummies, smokey, tender and falling of the bone meat was all we needed to gain our energy back and put us straight into food coma.

We absolutely recommend this place if you are after humble, not fancy but finger-licking...

A toasty warm dining area with attentive staff and approachable management very friendly I had a private tour of the kitchen area and meet the staff all lovely people. Having lunch there they presented a beef burger with a side of fries . The burger was a unique experience, The mixture of coleslaw and tangy sauce which gave a fresh citrus bite allong with the delicate herb angus beef pattie grilled with cheese having a sumptious flavour burst, tempered with the soft toasted, "all but a bit small," lovely bun, to complete the beef burger experience.
