Domino's Pizza Seaford VIC — Restaurant in Melbourne

We’ve ordered from this Domino’s 20+ times and only had to call about 3 (maybe 4) genuine mistakes. Today the manager told us we “complain every time,” which is rude and untrue. Past issues included wrong toppings, a sauce container placed on top of a pizza that melted and spilled all over it, and today the wrong base. We understand the base might not seem like a big issue, but we ordered it the way we like and should receive it correctly. Recently the orders we’ve received have been wrong, which is fine we know mistakes happen but being told we “complain every time” is very disrespectful and unfair when we just want to have an easy and nice dinner if we didn’t have a problem we wouldn’t complain and just enjoy our food. Not sure if there’s a new manager or staff, but the attitude has definitely changed. We’ve always been polite and understanding, but we just expect to get what we paid for. I ordered two pizzas, garlic bread and drink today. I'd specifically stated all vegan, WITH pineapple, NOTHING HOT, NO chilli flakes, NO jalepeno. Turned out the second pizza had jalepeno added. We returned that one and specified again NO jalepeno, NO chili flakes. WITH pineapple. They sent us another one. It had no pineapple. It had chilli flakes. My sister ran out and threw up. I called again specifying that we cannot have anything hot - NO chilli, NO jalepeno. Please put the requested pineapple on this time. I was assured it world be. I order the same pizzas with the same sides all the time from here. I asked for a 5.45pm last night which was not a problem they arrived on time. The problem was the pizzas must have been sitting in the thermo bag for a long time as the boxes were wet on the bottom and the pizzas were stuck to the bottom the deep pan base was deep flat wet and soggy the color of the pizzas were the same brown,the garlic bread was also wet and soggy the only good thing was the bottle of solo was cold.
