Espresso Lane Drive Thru Coffee Craigieburn — Restaurant in Melbourne

Im so disappointed. I have supported this business since the doors opened. I spend easily 20-25.00 a day not including my other family members.

A van jumped the line today 6 cars ahead . Yes everyone was lined up in the right lane but im not going to be RUDE and jump 6 cars infront just because 1 car may have done the wrong thing so everyone has followed.( i always do the right thing and go the right lanes btw and dont get or EXPECT special treatment ) And im not going to block traffic by sitting in the left lane when that why its sey up this way for traffic flow.

My partner then told the van she cant just cut in front of everyone to which she replied i can do what i want and ive pre ordered yet another staff told us you cant pre order. So she got served before all us waiting . So unfair. Even if short staffed just pop your head out of the door and direct people to the left lane.

Then the staff seems to have given her a free coffee because we actually said somthing as its not right and served her before the 6 cars waiting their turn and we were treated so rudely even though ive always been polite and a regular customer.

No one is more entitled to just jump in front of everyone else . Thats just wrong. Simple as that.

I will NEVER come back again. A competitor is opening 3 mins away in the next few months. i will be supporting that business...

We decided to try the Espresso Lane drive-thru. The mango drink was excellent (5/5), but the taro drink was disappointing (1/5), and the iced latte was undrinkable (0/5). Unfortunately, the service was also poor. The staff member seemed to have difficulty understanding our order, even after we repeated it multiple times. She frequently asked about items we hadn't ordered or had explicitly declined. We suggest that staff be trained to listen carefully and confirm the complete order before asking clarifying questions, to avoid unnecessary repetition...

Got a toastie and a Swiss cheese pocket—both had no seasoning, pretty bland. The coffee was sweet as fairy floss—asked for one sugar, but felt like they dumped the whole bag in. Also asked for extra hot, but it was lukewarm with what tasted like instant coffee. The muffin was dry and tough, probably sitting there all day—barely any blueberries, just mostly dough. All up, not a feed I’ll be rushing back for anytime soon. Bit of a miss...
