Bloody disgusting in food handling women used rubber glove to handle steamed dim sums in stead of tongs A great example of undercooked food look at the chips in the darn photo The shop looks a dam disgrace in the lack of cleanness and hygiene standards Wouldn’t recommend this place period ! These people need to go back to tafe and study food preparation ,handling and cooking Response from the owner a day ago im sorry for this but you comented on us being unclean but we clean everything so i say you're jealous and this happened befor you make smal comments to other shops for no reason and its jealousy so wer not ofended by your silly,dumb comment and please dont come again or we will put up a band form shop sign goodbye

If i could give less stars I would. Absolutely the worst place I've ever had to deal with. We ordered a big order from the 'eat now ' app And only received half the order. Then when I called to ask about the other half the person who answered the phone at the fish and chip shop was very rude and eventually said they would organise getting someone to bring us the rest. An hour went by so I called to check and see if they are still coming . It rang out 3 times and we looked it up only to find out they closed at 8. So not only did they forget most of the food in the original order, they then we're rude . Then told me they would bring food out and never showed up. I called them the next day after speaking to eat now as they are trying to get us a refund. And the Manger is claiming that they don't know what I'm talking about and all the food made it in the bag. I'm very disappointed and so are all the guests I had over who were waiting for dinner. We will not be getting food from craigieburn fish and chips ever again. To top it off . The food...

All of you that came from TikTok go find a real job or something. The owners of this place are older and all of you leaving negative comments when you've actually never tried the food is actually disgusting. This ruins people's lives! It ruins what they've built! If that lady didn't wanna be recorded that's FAIR as it's her restaurant. I've been here a couple times and let me say hands down best chips I've ever had, the food is always fresh and the wait isn't long! The owners are very nice and welcoming. Did that man establish he wants to do a food review before walking in recording? Probably not if the lady serving was upset. Stop ruining peoples businesses because ONE man couldn't get a feed because he was RECORDING.
