After having a lovely evening at a family friends he suggested we order some fat chef pizzeria pizza’s. When ordering on the Menulog app we were unable to edit an Aussie pizza to take off the onion. Calling the shop a lady answered and was happy to make the request. When my wife went down to pick up the ordered food the owner didn’t see to happy with having to pick off the onion that was asked to not be on the pizza or could please make another due to an onion allergy. The owner or chef was asked about the pizza when my wife came to pick up the food and noticeably responded back with some sass when asked about a no onion pizza order. It was the only meal we shared that day and BOTH of us got horrible food poisoning. I went in the next day to report the food poisoning and expected at least a partial refund or some form of compensation. After the kid who apparently is training but it was the same kid a few weeks ago that made a mistake too. He repeated the order and then ended up with the wrong base. He argued with me and would not even listen to what the issue was. Second time with them mucking up orders in the last month.
