This place does not know how to reserve a cake! I called midday to purchase/keep a cake on hold for pick up later that day. The owner said no worries and took down my name and number. I offered to pay over the phone to ensure that I got my cake for a party, but the owner insisted that she trusts that I will show up. When I arrived there was no cake on hold! The cash register called the owner and simply said that since I didn't turn up, they sold it to someone else. What kind of business is that?! So unprofessional! At least have the decency to call and let me know, otherwise why even both to take down my name and number!! Definitely don't buy here and risk missing out on the...
