Ordered a two tier cake for a sisters 21st birthday, was advised by the manager that I could custom the colour if I would like to, was also shown a book of colours available. requested it to be all ivory with white (Lace) & white ribbon, No black! and made sure that I repeated myself as well, everything was writtin correctly on paper although, On the day of picking the cake up I noticed the cake was all white with (Black lace & white ribbon), so I was extreamly unhappy that what I was promised was not delivered! I had no other choice but to use the cake for the occasion since it was last minute surprise, I had the manager remove the black lace, but could not re attach the white ribbon. As a paying customer I was not offered no compensation for the error. Inside the cake was not fresh at all it was very sticky and chewy I nearly broke a tooth, very embarrassing...

Yes this has to be written as it’s the 3rd time in row. If you are not open at 3.25pm ,CHANGE YOUR OPENING HOURS OF OPERATION. Staff today ( same girl in the last couple of occasions ) is not interested to serve you ( just a coffee leave anything else). You go and ask for a coffee and she is doing a BIG favour on you. Flat face . Busy talking ( either with someone or on phone). Last time I visited with my family at 3.10 pm, same attitude. You might not be interested to take order that late, it’s fine …. Just put a closed sign. Not a big deal. People drive to you seeing your opening hours and you are not interested.

OR MAY BE I MISS EVERYTIME because this Girl has BIG CLOSE SIGN RIGHT ON HER FACE. OWNERS NEEDS TO KNOW THIS THAT SOMEONE IS KILLING...

We had been craving a breakfast muffin, and to our delight, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse had a special offer that we couldn’t resist. My partner opted for the ham and cheese toaster, which was toasted to a perfect golden crisp while staying soft—just the way he loves it.

I enjoyed an egg, cheese, and spinach breakfast muffin that was slowly grilled to perfection. Although we could have dined at the tables provided, we decided to take our breakfast home.
