Resubmitting my truthful experience at this cafe as we were then bribed in order to receive the rest of my friends refund (for the food we never received), they told us I had to remove my review.

These people, owner and staff appear in my opinion untruthful, non-integral and have poor life and human values.

Previous review that I was told to take down in order to receive my friends refund: “Poor customer service, appeared understaffed, stressed and flustered. Went to dine with a friend and had an hour to eat before teaching dance for 4 hours so needed food. At counter we were charged incorrectly, then our order was missing. After 25mins of waiting we asked how long it maybe and got told 30-40mins on top of what we already had waited. I asked for a refund as we needed to go. No apology was made by staff, then we were left waiting again for 10mins. I asked again please can we have a refund I need to go and was not made aware of the long wait otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. As now I have not eaten and have 4 hours of dancing to do. She refunded my friend only her food but charged her for her coffee. Then couldn’t find my order only my coffee order. Then said you drunk your coffee and just looked at me, I requested I would appreciate a refund as the service really has been poor and impacted our day as baby is waiting at home for my friend as well. She just looked at us. Gave me cash for my coffee and said nothing no apology, no empathy. Didn’t appear to care. Would highly recommend NOT going...
