4.6 Review is a joke! Is this under new management? A terrible experience! I can’t believe they couldn’t get a lettuce salad right! Ordered caesar salad…. It was so gross, i took a couple of mouthfuls and stopped eating it! Hardly any eggs, lettuce had bad bits, no crunch, everything was soggy! Croutons were soggy, it was awful!! No one in the cafe except for a couple of people yet tables were not wiped, I had to wipe ours as it was crusty! The chairs are all peeling and the whole place just felt grotty! Counter lady was unfriendly! I went there for a meeting but i had to ask my colleague if we could leave as there was non-stop banging of pots, cutlery, plates etc! As the place was big enough and empty, every single bang was reverberating! It went on and on until I just had enough, it was giving me a headache! I came to Four Point Grind after seeing several good Google reviews. The customer service is excellent but I am disappointed by the tasteless beef burger I ordered. Woolworths type of standard burger bun with a thin meat Pattie that tasted dry and, frankly, fast-food quality with some pickles and slivers of tomato slices. The chips were good. Perhaps for the $18 (reasonable) price tag, I shouldn’t be expecting more. Coffee, too, was just standard fare. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch and coffee at Four Grand Cafe, and I was thoroughly impressed!

The coffee was expertly brewed and rich, just what I needed to start my day.

The atmosphere of the cafe was modern and sleek, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit.
