AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Upon the owners response to the previous review about a staple found in my sisters food. I find it absurd you guys 1.gave my sisters food with staples in them which could have caused serious harm and if she would’ve ingested it, she would have been HOSPITALISED 2. had absolutely no response when she went in store to complain, and 3. now accusing us of LYING. What would we get out of making this up? You guys did not check the camera footage because if you did you would’ve seen my sister clearly coming back with her plate of food and staff not even knowing what to do. Review the footage on the 16/10/25, you’ll see the staff taking back the food with staples in it and handing her the refund. If you guys dont use staples then why did the staff apologise and give her a refund? Wouldnt you tell her then and there that you don’t use staples? Youre only making yourselves look bad now accusing your customers of lying and taking absolutely no accountability. This isnt the first complaint about the new ownership of this business about the lack of hygiene and food and safety.

I ordered a large latte with three equals (mentioning it so staff can remember me) and as I got to Pickup window I was told is your order two egg sandwiches etc? . I said no it was the large latte. Anyhow they gave me a coffee and because I got confused about the order mix up I forgot to scan my rewards card. The lady said I cannot do it since you already paid (in a way that made me feel as if I am that mad man who refuses to pay for his coffee!) but then I realised it wasn't a big deal so I drove off. Took a sip and there was no Sweetener in my coffee, another stuff up. Came back through the store and the staff (different one this time) said I ll make a another one, I said don't. just add the Sweetener. They didn't apologise and again they all seem unhappy. If you are the manager of this store and you see this please have a meeting with your staff and listen to them, you have a bad google rating and there is obviously something wrong!. I have to say though coffee was good which is why I am willing to go back and even change my rating if customer service...

Drive thru Crème brûlée chiller - I really don’t know what I got. Warm milkshake that tasted nothing like what I ordered, there may of been a hint of coffee. Absolutely horrible.

Iced Irish nut latte - warm with 3 ice cubes and tasted terrible.

These two drinks are our go to so we know when they are made properly and these were absolutely horrible.

We should have tried them before we drove off! The look on the older lady who handed them to me should have warned me something was off. No smile just a blank expression like I was bothering her. I even smiled and thanked her and I just got a dead pan look back. I thought that was rude.

I don’t know what was worse her rudeness or the horrible drinks.
