Picked up a pack of Chelmos Saganaki frying cheese from an Oakleigh deli, package says imported by Fratelli Imports Melbourne. Fried okay, decent texture and flavour. Best of all not super over salty like Dodoni. Only suggestion as two blocks come in one single use plastic pack, make it resealable so second block is not dried out for next day and serving suggestionon pack. Mid range price. Would buy again and maybe add oregano and fresh lemon juice next time.
