Gloria Jean's Melton Drive Thru — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered 4 cold drinks at the order box and the lady repeated it correctly and I drove around to the second window to pay and was asked again what was my order. I told the lady again and she closed the window and then opened it again and asked what my order was. I said to her you confirmed it and it was correct and now you’re asking me again for the 3rd time. There was no one behind me in drive thru so she couldn’t even get the order mixed up. So frustrating I just said forget it and left. I only come to this Gloria Jeans on the weekend and last Saturday I waited almost 25 mins for two cappuccino’s. Seems like space cadet staff run the weekend and have no idea. I’m heading out of Melton and will definitely stop at GJ Caroline springs never had an issue with ordering and quick service. It’s a shame as I was looking forward to this store opening but not wasting my time anymore! To the owner of this store train your staff more so they know what they’re doing on a shift or your going to loose a lot of business. This is the second GJ store we’ve had in Melton and prob be the last if you don’t take peoples feed back on board. Already so many negative reviews and the store has been open for...

We placed online order from this store for pick up around 5:30 pm on 03/01 order number 207199 and it showed that order will be ready in 10 mins we arrived at store and there was a note sticking on the door saying they’re closing early. I have been trying to contact store since very next day but there number does not connect . I also sent a request to the customer care team all they are responding by saying that they have sent an email to the owner and waiting for the response from owner. They have taken my money and are not bothered to do the refund or redo the order since that day store was closed Store owner and the customer care team looks like they want to keep the money for this order without giving the order out . Looking at the previous comments it looks like store will now be making money by stealing from customers since they don’t want to keep there customers coming back . Obviously I won’t be spending my money anymore to this business and will not recommend this store to anyone Good luck to keep your business going by stealing money...

The owners should be ashamed, the poor young girls there are fantastic but the owners are obviously penny pinching and not hiring enough staff. Have been twice and never again. First time they closed drive thru, so went in and waited 25 mins for 2 drinks (mind you only 4 other customers in there and they were waiting even longer!) Second time drive thru was open and waited 15 mins for 1 coffee with 3 cars in front. Coffee was average at best and no better than Bunnings coffee next door! The company really needs to have a good look at this franchise. Young girls are fantastic and trying their best but the owners are obviously trying to save a few cents by having no staff. For a brand new store this is embarrasing and as you can see all the reviews are the same complaints. One last thing if theres a 20+ min wait for drink I don't understand why they keep...
